Used Wendy to help sell my old home and buy/build a new one. So it wasn’t an easy process, logistically speaking; however, Wendy did everything she could to help with the showing, selling, and assistance with the building. The builder made us a beautiful home, but he needed to be baby sat during and after the build to ensure he did what he was contracted to do and to fix and remedy the list of issues we had, post build. Wendy went above and beyond to support us. Her knowledge of buyer’s rights and the building process was invaluable and helped with finalizing everything and making sure our needs were met and our rights were protected. So, Wendy is a five star woman, with integrity, in this field. Very happy with her and would use her again for any of our home buying and selling needs.
